We can't believe how far we've come and how much celebrating we've been doing all through 2018.

We're riding the incoming wave of cleantech and biotech as people continue to divest in petrochemicals - with huge state support.

Some of our highlights so far:

* The super Gary Deans joins us as CFO, former KPMG partner.

* The brilliant Susanna Gray joins as administrator - and so much more!

* Our high spec demo build made with our prototypes is under construction - part funded by Zero Waste Scotland. Soon travelling to the Scotland Build trade show.

* We win a place amongst Climate KIC's Top 30 European Cleantech Startups.

* We win a place in the finals, amongst the Top 6 in Climate KIC Venture Competition.

* We've raised significant amounts of seed money and are now engaging with private investors.

* We complete a research partnership with University of Edinburgh's biotech team, funded by a BBSRC (Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council) grant.

* We manufacture our 100% plant-based...

It was all go at a giant workshop in Penicuik this week as we had HeeHaw Films shooting our builders Clive and Mark installing our prototype insulation system into our portable demonstration building and interviewing our team for a promotional film. The demo building is a tiny but very high-performance

one on a triple-axle trailer, ready to travel to trade shows and events in the new year - demonstrating not only our 100% plant-based insulation system and the very best in sustainable construction materials but also the best ecological, highly energy efficient design principles. Better-than-zero carbon, better-than-zero waste - it should need almost no heating at all. Thank you to photographer Douglas Robertson

for the stills.

That was a very intense week in Helsinki, ending with IndiNature pitching amongst the top 6 in finals of the Top 30 European Cleantechs - the most investor-ready, high potential companies selected by Climate-KIC.

Three days of pitching amongst 1800 investors, 3100 startups and 20,000 attendees including our place amongst the SLUSH 100 companies, our place in a circular economy side event and some encouraging 1:1 matchmaking with investors.

Very full-on but really enjoyable to spend it with so many incredible great cleantech colleagues - and of course a Finnish sauna and dip in the Baltic to wind down! Thank you Climate_KIC and SLUSH.
