UK Sales Director

UK Sales Director

For the UK's first natural insulation mill

IndiNature was founded in 2016 to make high quality natural insulations and is on a mission to innovate and manufacturer bio-based construction systems on an industrial scale.

In 2022 the first IndiNature Mill was established in the Scottish Borders, and in January 2024, IndiNature achieved the first BBA Agrément Certificate for UK grown and made industrial hemp insulation. This makes its first product IndiTherm flexi-batts available to specify in Trustmark retrofit and newbuild projects at scale. Several new products are in development for launch during 2024 to help decarbonise construction.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team, to strategically support the growth of the first dedicated natural fibre insulation mill in the UK. Leading the way in innovative low carbon healthy construction products.

The market of sustainable natural insulation continues to show strong growth in the UK and globally - this is an opportunity to be part of this growing trend to expand the domestic market at pace and to explore international opportunities to scale with an ambitious company.
