Groundbreaking News from Ofgem: 25% Savings for Hemp Insulation in Lofts

You can now get a 25% savings uplift if you install IndiBreathe Flex insulation in a loft on the Area Based Scheme (ABS).

This is the UK’s first and only natural fibre insulation to receive an Ofgem Innovation Uplift for lofts.

✅ Fully approved for ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).

✅ This includes EPC Band D houses which aren’t normally eligible for funding with typical loft insulation materials.

ECO4 and GBIS are Government designed grant schemes designed to improve energy efficiency in UK homes. ECO4 primarily targets low-income households and vulnerable groups, while GBIS offers insulation grants to a broader range of households, including middle-income families.
